We needed electrical service re- established at an existing work site (pedestal and enclosure). Owner seemed a bit informal with the quotation - I had to insist on a written quote, and when it was provided, was a one line quote that didn’t break down materials or labor. They didn’t start the work until last minute ( but that may have been due to weather). It seemed that their customer service can use some more attention. They did acceptable quality, but we will probably look for different contractor when we need all the other work to be done on the new house.

I purchased a foreclosure with a list of electrical issues and a few more I noticed while preparing to move in. The team (Jay and Joe) from RDM arrived on time, assessed the situation, made suggestions on the best corrective measures (which saved money by repairing rather than replacing fixtures), told me exactly what I needed to purchase and arranged to return the next day to do the necessary work. They were pleasant, professional, competent and well worth the money to know that everything electrical is in good working condition.

After inspection, found out from inspector we needed more work done to comply with ordinances. Ryan cheerfully accepted additional work in to be completed in a very timely manner. We had several small and more complicated repairs needed and all were done quickly and well. One problem is that Ryan isn't very punctual. But, be patient! He's well worth waiting for.
