I value quick response and accurate timetables. Rick not only responded to my query quickly gave us solutions to our problem with what we wanted to have built. R.D.Millwork presented us with our furniture ahead of the time projected. The furniture is quality. The workmanship, stain, finishing and design is far above my expectations. Even the men delivering the pieces were exceptionally professional. My only complaint is that their is no EXCELLENT catagory in which I could check off my satisfaction.

Excellent work, but took twice as long as he said and then I think he rushed when I called about it because there were a lot of problems which he has mostly resolved. One more problem to take care of this week.
