The two guys they sent out were terrific; they addressed all my issues and were able to have the job completed in one business day. They handled everything from filing for permits to notifying the electrical company. Very happy with the work they performed.

I hired them to replace a furnace system and my issue is they did not complete the job, They have not made it a priority to complete the job. Do not pay them until the job is done.

The contractor quoted me a price for my repair of $140. When I received the bill he added $100 emergency fee and charged me for two laborers at $85 each per hour. The final bill was almost $800. My heat pump was fixed but price quoted was much less than final bill.

The work was started when he said that they would start. The employees were professional, worked fast, and The work was very neat and they did a very good job cleaning up afterwards. The price is reasonable and the final price is very close to the estimate. I would use RDP Electrical Service again and recommend them for all your Electrical needs.

They were actually early. My complaint is: I was charged for two technicians @ $65 ea and travel time ( 1 1/2 hours) far away for which I was not made aware of. I would not have hired them if I'd been told of either situation. The outlets are out of reach for me to review the work.
