Very polite, listened, provided options. They performed two primary tasks. They fixed a leak that was troublesome. It took 3 or 4 visits, but they stuck with it and did not charge beyond their original estimate. They made sure it was right. They also installed several sinks and faucets. Installation is good, sinks are seated well. Some of the fixtures were a little loose upon completion, but that was trivially remedied.

We were happy with both men, the one who quoted and the one who did the work but their was a mismatch in their knowledge base. I really don't like to agree with one guy on the plan and have someone else show up to do the work and tell me why half of it can't be done.

Absolutely POSITIVE experience. FAST response by phone and GREAT COMMUNICATION by a few more phone calls while we worked out the details for our small job. Plumber arrived ON TIME with all required parts and completed the job quickly and efficiently.

We love our new kitchen faucet and appreciate that the faucet was able to be installed before Thanksgiving weekend especially with the short turn around time from the date I set up the initial request. My job went smoothly from start to finish. I would recommend RD Plumbing to anyone who wants their plumbing job to go well and as specified for their contract estimate. They were friendly, courteous and professional. RD will even make a special trip back to my home to finish their job that allowed me to finish my project (it prevented them from finishing their job) That was cool. Thank you.

He came in. Did the Job quickly and was out without a hitch. He even waited for me untill my apt time for 30 min. My alarm did not go off and I woke up at 9am sharp and he was waiting in front of my house. He said he had come early because of bad traffic. Too good to be true. Job was done in 45 min. and cost all of $88. Not bad at all.
