very easy to work with, I changed the needs of the job and Juan stuck with me

Juan and his crew showed up to work on time and worked hard and smartly the whole day. Every task that was requested was performed very well and at the end of the day the crew cleaned up the worked area and it was left like they found it. Juan was easy to work with and explained and answered all of our many questions.

It has not rained so I do not know if the repairs were done properly

two story shed/tree house roof replace, about 9'x14' $1000 looks great, no leaks, even cleaned the lower roof.

We had a roof leak. RDS responded on the weekend, when others would not. Monday, which was during a rainy period, they came and repaired the roof. We have not had further problems. They also corrected a potential problem with the boots for the plumbing vents.

RDS was the only company out of five that came to look at my roof that was willing to repair it. All the others wanted thousands of dollars for a partial replacement. Juan only charged me $350 and managed to stop the leak. I am very grateful to him for saving me all this money. The only complaint I have is that I had to wait a week for him to come, and then he forgot my appointment, and I had to re-schedule and had a bunch of water get in my house while I was waiting, which seeped through the wall and into my bedroom. Fortunately it didn't do any serious damage.
