He arrived with the correct part because I sent him pictures of the broken valve, so he was able to buy what I needed on the way to my house. Charged me $200. I was satisfied with this price. Rich replaced my outdoor spigot; gave me an accurate quote on the phone, replaced it within a few hours of my call, no headache, no nonsense.

Had a whole house filter installed, with a water softener and salt brine tank. Rich went way above the call of duty and got it done even with the tight space I had. Even installed a drain for my navien unit that wasn?t even discussed. I?ve used him a few times in the past and his work is always top tier

Had to get my oil tank replaced. RDS was the best. Extremely professional and super fast.

He replaced a part of the electric system on the boiler. It took one hour and a half to complete. The boiler shut off after three hours and would not turn back on. I called the repair man and he wants to charge me additional service fee and cost of more parts. I am a senior citizen on a fixed income. he told me the original estimate would take care of the problem and saw no other issues with my boiler. It only worked for three hours. This is unfair.

Needed my boiler cleaned and just general maintenance. They came by the house quick. Both guys very nice quick easy cleanup. Would hire again! 5 stars

This plumber had taken over accounts from our previous plumber that moved out of State. Rich was a great help. He took initiative to start the warranty process for a Boiler that was totally corroded within 4yrs. Rich also did the demolition removal of the old unit and installed the new unit. All done in 1 day. Great customer service. We would absolutely use this guy again.

I posted on a local Facebook page looking for a plumber at 9am. By 11:30a Richard was here. He responded to my post, I sent pictures and questions, he shsred his 94 5 star reviews from here, gave me a price and shared his 1 year warranty. ,while here also completed more work needed in boiler room for a very fair price. Extremely knowledgeable in his trade. Pipes were unsweat, cleaned, rheemed and pro-pressed. Industry standard procedure.

Rich and his crew done a great job. I hired him to replace my 70yr old oil tank after it started to leak. He was able to schedule me in very quickly, he and his crew arrived exactly on time and completed the necessary work efficiently, neatly and got everything up and running again. His prices are also very fair. Will hire him again in the future.

Rich was called by Magic Water Mitigation to help identify and repair a leak in my home which was causing a flood on my second floor, leaking into my first floor and saturation of floor, ceiling and walls. Rich came in and identified the leak very quickly, had all the needed parts on his truck, and made the repair right away so the water mitigation could begin. Efficient, knowledgeable, reliable.
