Fantastic job

Richard at RDS excellent. Came the same day to repair old shutoff valve to a toilet. Was very professional and personable. Will use again and highly recommend for any future plumbing needs

Rich was fantastic! Even though our house is outside his usual service area, he made time for us - removed our very old basement oil tank, clean and efficiently, then beautifully installed the new one outside. He later came back to replace the toilets in both bathrooms and again - was prompt, clean, efficient. All for a reasonable price! Highly recommend!

Rich was very professional and helpful and did an amazing job in a very timely manner and even worked around my schedule. Would highly recommend his service to anyone

I called Rich after waking up on a Sunday with no water in our only shower. He quickly came within an hour, addressed the issue and replaced the hardware within 2 hours. He was professional, lean and educated us on the issues since we truly didn't have a clue. He was reasonably priced and helpful!

Rich was excellent. Very professional, clean and courteous. My family has been using him for years and this was my first experience with him. I hope I don’t need a plumber anytime soon but if I do, I’ll be calling him again

I highly recommend this Plumber! He was very professional and helpful .

In October 2025 they came in and fixed a pipe and put a new drain for my kitchen sink. In April 2026 the pipe came apart again. The guy came in for 10 minutes and said it was fixed. 4 months later the pipe came apart and the drain started leaking. They would come in for the pipe and charge for the service. He actually said to me the drain almost lasted a year.

Great job at a great price.

He was punctual and courteous. He did a great job.

I highly recommend RDS Plumbing and Heating. He did an excellent job and clearly takes great pride in his work. He was professional, reliable, and paid attention to every detail. The quality of his work exceeded my expectations, and I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again.

Rich was a pleasure to deal with, He fixed my bathroom sink drain pipe and made sure everything was cleaned up. I would recommend him to anyone needing a plumber.

Rich was able to come within hours of when we spoke and removed unused pipes from my pantry. He did an excellent job and it's great to now have someone I can call upon in the future.

I had a great experience with Richard. He was very responsive, professional, knowledgeable, and quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue with my burner. He explained everything clearly and made sure everything was working properly before he left. His work was efficient, reasonably priced, and high quality. I would definitely hire him again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for quick and reliable work.

We were so happy with the work that we have already hired them back for a gas line job. Exceptional customer service & the job was done exactly as described during the quote. 5 stars all around!

I cannot recommend Richard and RDS Plumbing & Heating highly enough. We had a major pipe burst on a Sunday night and after calling three different companies that were either unavailable or unwilling to help, I was completely stressed and didn’t know what to do. Richard answered the call, immediately put my mind at ease, and came to the rescue when we needed it most. He responded quickly, was professional, knowledgeable, and took control of the situation right away. What stood out most was his willingness to help during a true emergency when others wouldn’t. He took the time to explain everything, helped prevent further damage, and guided us through a very stressful situation. It’s rare to find someone who is not only skilled at what they do but also genuinely cares about their customers. If you’re looking for an honest, reliable plumber who will be there when it matters most, call Richard at RDS Plumbing & Heating.

Richard is a FABULOUS, caring, intelligent Plumber.

Richard did a great job. He arrived when he said he would. Fixed the valve in about an hour. He arrived with the correct part because I sent him pictures of the broken valve, so he was able to buy what I needed on the way to my house. Charged me $200. I was satisfied with this price. I would definitely use him again. Can you tell the before and after?

Rich replaced my outdoor spigot; gave me an accurate quote on the phone, replaced it within a few hours of my call, no headache, no nonsense.

Had a whole house filter installed, with a water softener and salt brine tank. Rich went way above the call of duty and got it done even with the tight space I had. Even installed a drain for my navien unit that wasn?t even discussed. I?ve used him a few times in the past and his work is always top tier

Rich is the only guy you need to contact with any plumbing/hvac related issues. Don’t waste your time looking for anyone else. He is you guy and gets the job done. Replaced my water heater for an affordable price and did an amazing job. Definitely recommend. He’s got all the experience

Rich was excellent! In time, professional - got the job done in 1 day and even answered my questions via text and FaceTime after
