We had gas logs installed Jan 31, 2011. The job went as scheduled; very thorough and everything was explained in detail as to how to start and use the logs. So far, everything is working properly. They also fixed a leaking sink in the same trip; now - no leak. We got several estimates and RD White offerered the best price and so far, we are quite pleased.

It took about 3 days to get a reply from the company (mailbox was full when trying to leave a message), which was frustrating but once I was able to talk to the owner, he had someone to our house that day. The workers seemed knowledgeable and efficient. I don't know if the pricing was competative as I had trouble getting anyone to give an estimate, so just went with this company. They didn't try to sell me anything extra, so I feel sure they were well priced.

They were EXCELLENT and solved taxing problems that we have had for years. Paul Harris was the expert here that day along with a new recruit. They were fast, did the job and left the place spotless. We have had taxing problems with a fireplace that had not worked for several years along with drain issues other plumbers never seemed to quite get going well. The firm HD White has completed our Gas Fireplace project and they did a wonderful job! My wife and I are completely satisfied with their quality of work. They got our gas fireplace in great shape for the winter season and would recommend them to anyone needing gas fireplace maintenance or repair. They were responsive and did the work for the quoted price, something that is not always the case!!
