R&D construction

Painting went ok due to being subbed out to another company. Drywall work was done, and some ceiling texture work was also done. The rest of the project is where things fell apart. I was also going to have a new front door installed and kitchen updated with new counters and cabinets painted and new hardware installed. The guy has had more excuses than anything else. He owes me money back for having to rescope the work for doing nothing after was getting done for over a month. I have taken on redoing the cabinets myself since he had half of my cabinet doors over a month and didn't even get them primed to paint after a month. He was supposed to still have his counter guy to replace those but now that isn't happening. for some unknown reason. This project started in mid October and now it is early January.

Randy is as honest as they come by. He was upfront about expectations and was very thorough with his work! I would absolutely recommend him!

The remodeling went very well! I knew what was needed before the work started and was update from start to finish on everything which I greatly appreciated. I am very happy with my bathroom and the ceiling work that was done. I would definitely hire for any remodeling.
