From start to finish, the experience was excellent. Reggie Alston, the owner, is a true pleasure to work with. He was knowledgeable, transparent, and clearly experienced with the best products and methods. He genuinely cared about getting every detail right, and his clear communication and fast response made the whole process easy. The team used Bona system materials, and my floors now have a beautiful, durable finish that looks professional and high-end. REA refinished the floor in one room in our house with a floor that is 165 years old. Despite the numerous anomalies in the floor, the finished product looks great. Reggie is a nice guy and a good communicator.

This is the only company that you should allow to renew your floors ! They did an amazing job ! My floors look better than new ! They redid my sunroom and was hopeful it would look better and would have accepted the nicer appearance but now it is perfect ! They show up on time . They communicate with you as the customer and want you to be completely happy and I am !! Third time I have used this company and I would use them Again and recommend them with pride !!

REA did an amazing job on the floors in my apartment, an old walk up. The floors originally were covered in old paint spots with numerous little dings and some funky past renovations. Now they are absolutely gorgeous. These people are artists and I highly recommend them if your floors need rescuing. Friendly, quick and efficient too.

Work performed on time and on budget

Reggie was very professional and available to chat. He explained to me in detail what was needed to be done without trying to oversell work that was needed which is important. I worked with Zeeke who was very proficient in doing retiling and explained everything in detail and did an excellent job.. One thing I learned is always make sure you communicate clearly and consistently with everyone being involved to make sure everyone is on the same page. Both Zeeke and Reggie executed the project very well and would use them again in future work

Everything about my experience was professional and efficient. Reggie came over promptly for an inspection and bid price. The bid was very reasonable and they were ready to start the next day. Their office was very prompt in providing me and the co-op management with the necessary paper work. The finishers arrived on time and completed the project within the stated time frame (even a bit early). One of the rooms needed a screen and finish, the other a re-sand and several coats of poly. They got the two rooms to match very nicely and the floors LOOK GREAT. They responded promptly to all texts regarding payment and logistics. Could not have been more pleased (I am not very easy to please). I would highly recommend them.

Reggie and his team refinished my incredibly scratched and damaged wood flooring; they repaired horrendous scratches, and fixed deep gouges in the wood. It looks like I've had a $15,000 new wood floor installed, for a fraction of that cost. And all this in two days, with excellent and efficient furniture movers for a minimum of fuss. The floors sere sanded and polished and look great. The workers were nice but kind of sloppy. Several hand marks and scratches on the walls remain. Also there was lots of dust from the sanding in and outside the room. I would hire them again.
