"Thank you for your review, Andrea. The misrepresentation in this review is similar to the order and requests for changes we received from your husband. From the beginning, we were asked to utilize the information you provided us during the initial order, and plans, which had many inconsistencies, as you know. Your husband did not want us to see the interior or measure the improvements, ourselves, therefore, we could not possibly have verified if any details were correct. We do not compromise our ethics, either personally or professionally for anyone, certainly not for money or to avoid threats of retaliation, as your husband threatened to blow up our company on the internet. We spent many hours trying to resolve inconsistent information with you, your husband, the county, their website, and the plans which you provided to us and we returned (contrary to the posted review), which could have easily been done with a full appraisal, however, your husband did not want this. We are happy to work with any client who does not misrepresent their property or who does not ask us to do so for them. We are sorry Mr. and Mrs. A were so unhappy with their appraisal, however, we stand by our evaluation, based on the information that was provided to us and was available.
