i am blown away with my remodel! i had alot of issues current shower, my old crusty shower is gone and now im in love with my new italia marble shower ! thank you to the installers and the staff that helped keeping me informed with the remodel!

The installation team—Thomas, José, Keith, and the plumber (whose name I did not get)—were quick, efficient, and left things very clean. Instructions on when I can begin using my new shower and basic cleaning were very clear.

We had a walk in shower installed for my Mom. Our installers Javier and Joaquin did a fantastic job and finished a day ahead of schedule. They explained the job thoroughly and were even thoughtful to turn off the furnace so it didn’t run continuously while they had the door open bringing in supplies. The new shower is beautiful and will give us peace of mind for my Mom. Before and after photos provided.

I just had my master shower done and all of them, Todd, Javier and Joaquim did an amazing job. Javier and Joaquim took such a great care and showed such an expertise and care with everything, walls, carpets, stairs, and the bathroom itself, that I was very impressed. Thanks also to Sophie for being so sweet and working with me all the time. I highly recommend them.

They did a great job, and in one day! The plumber did not show up, but they got another here first thing in the morning, and completed a full renewal!

Looks great. If I had to change anything I would reconsider the shower pan. It is very slippery.

Everything was great. Only draw back is they charge 2.3 % extra if you want to use your credit card, which should have been explained earlier. It does look wonderful.

I absolutely love my shower.

Let's start out with complements to the foreman. He really tried to make us happy. Unfortunately, we did not have a great experience with this company. Mostly due to poor communication with sales person - but also trying to get spa-like end results - promised, but not delivered. Mistakes made, but resolved...for the most part. Beautifully crafted cabinetry by sub-contractor. Thoroughly love my jet bath - except a 'jet' has popped out. Re-bath installers warned us that we shouldn't try to rotate that particular jet, as this might happen. Normally we'd have pursued this problem further, but had such a long & rough experience - were just wanting to be done with the whole thing. Subcontractors (carpenters, electrician, plumbers, etc.) great. We were looking for a 'down to the studs' remodel. Sales person gave much incorrect advice. We were too trusting, I guess. Ended up costing almost as much as our custom kitchen remodel. Advice: shop around WAY more. Make a list of what you really want. Request a reasonable completion date (ours went over by about 1 1/2 months). If company tells you that what you want can't be done... move on.

hired them in april, estimate work would be done early june required 1/2 down & got email 5/11 items ordered & when received would schedule. . Work still not done, never even notied us we had to get ahold of them to be told they are to busy & now estimate for work to be done is mid july. they have been sitting in my 11,000,00 since april & if i want to hire someone else they say there is a 35% restocking fee. once this bathroom is done by them my other bathroom & kitchen will "NEVER" be toutchrd by them!

This company has been a pleasure to deal with. We lost power for 6 days and they did everything in their power to continue with the project. I would highly recommend this company!

We had to call them back several times to fix ltitle things. They measured our flooring incorrectly and what was supposed to be a 2 day process ended up a week. We were very pleased with the end result but frustrated that it didn't happen as promised.

pricy, but excellent quality, great installation service: half a day. our moms were right, you get what you pay for.
