Terrible experience. This person took the deposit and never finished the job. Spent 5 hours digging and disappeared for 5 months. Do not hire him. Complete fraud.

Although I hired RE Boyd contracting, and Boyd said that I would be contacted prior to their arrival either Friday or Saturday, it was Butler Septic Service who showed up unannounced on Friday. Fortunately, I could receive him then. The serviceman was not wearing a COVID mask but did have a bandana around his neck. Points off for this. The man finished digging out the access hatch, which I had partially uncovered the previous day and got to pumping right away. Pointed out that I wold probably need further service if I wanted to pass a Title 5 inspection. No surprise there, since tank had not been pumped for at least 15 years. However, flow through seemed OK although level at entry hatch was higher than normal. Sediment had to be significantly backflushed and stirred up in order to be removed. The guy sold me a weekly bacterial additive to help with de-solidifying the remaining sludge that was too impacted to remove at this time; recommended re-pumping in a year after the additive had time to work. Hopefully, this will improve the situation next year.

We hired R.E. Boyd (Ryan) to work on our bathroom remodeling project. Specifically, to do the demolition, then install ceramic wall and floor tiling. He did a great job! His work and professional attitude was first-rate and plan for him to work on the second bathroom. We're very happy with his work.

We are quite satisfied with Ryan whom we hired to replace some spring arms on a pull down stairway. He arrived on time, had a good approach, and had the job completed in short order. We also found Ryan to be a pleasant person to interface with. From now on Ryan will be our handyman of choice.

Ryan Boyd was very prompt in replying to my query. His work which involved installing shower doors was very efficient and the job was well done.
