Linda was very good at responding right away and was very efficient in coming out and assessing our property value. She is professional but also very approachable, and did an excellent job both doing the work and following up. It is evident she enjoys doing what she does and it was frankly, very nice to to have a woman appraiser in a field dominated by men. Her attitude, honesty, and friendliness were such a bonus in a process that can be cold and stressful. I will use her for other properties and highly recommend her to any realtors looking for a new face in appraising. Thank you Redbird!

Linda Cavazos, from Redbird Appraisal, was great!!! She accepted and completed the appraisal very close to Christmas. The appraisal report exceeded our expectations through Linda?s thorough appraisal steps during and after her onsite visit. We almost placed our home on the market approximately $25k below the appraised value. The appraisal helped us avoid this potential mistake. Additionally, after measuring living space, Linda found we had a little more living space than originally listed. Never put your home on the market without an appraisal?and use Linda if you do.
