REDO

Do not use this company, they will scam you. This is a family ran company and the son Andy knows he will not get fired so he acts reckless and extremely emotional towards customers and lacks any customer service. This company damaged my front door by putting a small hole towards the bottom of the door, now air can easily get in and out of the property because of their negligence. They never came back to fix the damage they caused, even after I sent pictures to the owner and she confirmed her staff caused damage to the front door. They also never finished the job I hired them for and scammed me out of the remaining money I owed before I realized they wouldn?t be coming back to the property. Andy demanded the remainder of the money I owed before even finishing the job. Then became aggressive and said he would ?rip all the doors from the hinges? at my property if I didn?t give him any money that moment. This is not a legal business, ran by undocumented people.

Came and brought replacement door and original door back. Both doors had paint damage and he knew it, and still installed them. He had to come back and pick them up to fix what was done(rush job) and paint a new door so the doors would be matching. Fast forward to him bringing the doors back after fixing his mistake and installing them, there was a misunderstanding on final payment. My husband was on the phone with Lana and she asked my husband if he was black. Proceeding with asking if he was one of those black people that was never happy with anything. The audacity to deliver less than mediocre work and be mad because we are requesting the job be presentable for our tenants. Bottom line, I tried to address Andy about this (his mothers prejudice comment) and he blocked me. Lana is prejudiced, and clearly he supports it. I do not recommend this company.

Experience was not very good after they finish the job Jaun did not even say goodbye. He just was waiting in the truck for the helper to say goodbye to me and leave as fast as possible because they knew they did not install the front door correctly when I called him afterwards to come back and fix it they wouldn't even return my call I would not recommend this installation

I have scheduled multiple times with this company and they call and tell me they will come later on during the day, or the next day and never do. When I called the third time of rescheduling he told me itâ  s my fault and yells and hangs up in my face . It is very simple to communicate with a customer in a PROFESSIONAL manner, but I guess not with them. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

Wonderful service and very fair prices. After they sealed my windows from the rain which was my original request, they were also willing to fit in a sliding door repair too! We have never been able to slide the door open since we’ve lived at our home without difficulty and in 30 minutes, it slides like new!! Amazing!! I’ll be calling them back for more window projects!! Thank you, Juan and Lana!!

You can not go wrong when you need glass by calling this company!! I called and was told a time they would be here to measure and he showed up 45 minutes early..I was VERY HAPPY with the quote so he put the order in and as it was a dual pane window, the entire thing had to be replaced. I was told 7-10 days and I was called in 4 days to schedule the install. He came inside, pulled the window out and was back in my house in about 15-20 minutes with my bright new shiny window. He advised us that he put additional sealant around it because of the age of the window and the heat, the sealant was basically falling off in his hands. No additional charge btw!! It's a very small mom, pop, and son business and not only was the installer (dad) very quick and thorough but the wife (1 of the nicest ladies I have dealt with in customer service in probably 15 years!!) And while the gentleman was talking to my husband, the son had already emailed my receipt!! I know someone who owns 14 rental units and I passed the name on and now he can give it to his friends that also have rental units!! Don't think twice as R.E.D.O. will beat any other quotes you may have already gotten..

I highly recommend this company! This family run business was a God send to me today in my hour of need after a terrible burglaryand wasting hours and hours of time on companies that were running me around in circles...(no shows, glass wasnt ready, blah blah) On top of the fact that my sliding glass door was repaired completely within a couple hours of calling Redo, their price was the best of all. Don't waste your time like I did with others. I have found a gem of a company in Las Vegas. Seriously contact Redo if you want little hassle for the best price available. They did an amazing job, had a fair price and excellent customer service! You couldn't ask for more. :)
