Randy Evans provided an excellent inspection experience. He contacted me promptly after I submitted the Home Advisor request. He worked with me and the tenant to gain access to the property. The roof inspection was provided to me quickly after the visit to the home was complete. Would gladly recommend him.

Mr. Randy Evans was EXCELLENT! He contacted us immediately on December 23, 2016 and came to our home on Christmas Eve, December 24, 2016 and spent over 3 hours conducting an inspection up in our Attic. He was extremely thorough and exacting his explanations and submitted us a detailed report of his findings. I would HIGHLY recommend Mr. Evans to anyone who needs his expertise. He is truly dedicated, thoughtful and a great listener. Extremely PROFESSIONAL!

We were so impressed with the efficiency of the company and our inspected Randy Evans! He called us within minutes of calling the company Homeadvisor and was out to inspect our property the very next day. We quickly received out letter of certification as promised within 48 hours. Randy was very conscientious and efficient. He spent almost an hour inspecting the roof. In in addition to his work ethics we were impressed with his thoughtfulness and warmth. We will definitely call him again and use this Homeadvisor in the future. In addition to that we feel confident to recommend Randy Evans as a home inspector.

Randy Evens from R.E Designs Home Inspections was the inspector for a home I am purchasing. Nothing can speak out more than seeing the professional and dedication he put in to completing every detail than can be in home inspection services. When someone seeks certain services you search around get information, recommendations to get someone suited for the service or job you need done. But when you find someone like Randy that has absolute demonstration of knowing his job and completing work with assured satisfaction, it make you feel honored, like I do and truly and admire appreciate their work.

He did not comment on the heater that was not hooked up and capped off. My buyer was very upset that he missed it.

"This item is excluded in the report and advised in report of condition. Among other conditions of this property, Roof was also noted in this report and client made duplicate contact for repairs, too Busy golfing. Representing out of state buyer, second Time it fell out of escrow .......;-("
