I liked Roland who found and fixed our problem. His expertise and experience was appreciated. Would gladly call him again.

Poor customer service by the tech that showed up to perform the repair and very overpriced. Tried to recommend unwanted repair.

The water heater started leaking Saturday evening and by 9 am Monday the new one was installed.

Roland was prompt in his response back and showed up within the time he said he would be here. He was honest and straight forward with repair recommendations and price. Having experience in AC and electrical, now retired, I would gladly have him back for other jobs.

REI was quick to respond with a quote to complete the opening of the drain vent to laundry room and showed up on time and completed the repair of the vent in good order. Their quote was a bit higher than expected but they explained the process and the fact that it required two men due to the work being done on the roof. Jason was professional, courteous and quick to respond to this customer’s need. REI has my recommendations

R.E.I. called me immediately after entering my information on Home Advisor. He was professional and quoted a price and description for the job. The company sent a plumber (Roland) who arrived within an hour of the call. He was wearing a mask and was professional and friendly. He immediately started the job and finished much faster than I expected. He the asked me to come in and inspect the job. It was done exactly as explained on the phone and he left the work area very clean. I paid him and he sent my invoice electronically. It included not only my receipt of charges, but several pictures taken at different phases of the job. If I need further plumbing services I will definitely be calling R.E.I. I also highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services!

I was impressed with the honest service and politeness not to mention their punctuality and quickness in eliminating the problem! Pricing was fair, they didnâ t try to gouge me! Very happy with this plumber!

Roland came to clean a French drain. He stuck a rubber hose in the downstream portion of the drain instead of the upstream portion. Turned on an air valve blowing any and all refuse further into the pipe instead of out of the pipe. Stated that our problem was **we need a new French drain** and quoted me a price of $4,000 to replace. He charged me $650 to turn the air valve on so he could blow the refuse further into the pipe. Got a second opinion on the French drain replacement and the tech said that nothing Roland said could be determined by Rolands cursory analysis, and in fact, the tech refused the job because the issue at hand could have been explained by multiple factors and he did not want to fix something (with warrantied work) only to find the cause of the problem was something else. I reached out to Roland to have him explain himself. He avoided my texts and would not respond. Avoid REI for the 2nd rate plumbing company it appears to be.
