My experience was very professional and friendly.

Please, in my opinion, get a written estimate before hiring this man! He verbally quoted us an amount to open pool (take cover off, chemicals and vacuum pool ) He said $279.00 ... Well apparently that was only to take the cover off. He charged us $68.00 /hour (which we were never told ) and received a bill for 3 times that amount. Only came out twice! never finished the job and never came out when he said he would and never responded to texts or emails! Very disappointed and upset with this whole experience

Paid in full by credit card and the the price kept going up.waiting for a refund .Had to stop this service because Rick never showed up or called when he said he would and kept increasing the price we had agreed on. Therefore nothing was done and I have contacted the credit card company with this information. I am VERY disappointed with this lack of service and total unprofessionalism. Like every thing else He told me he said I would receive a full refunf this past Tuesday but it has not happened either! Next step Attorney and BBB.

Terrible service and over charged!

Pool looks great, very happy with the work.

They said they would show on a certain day and did not. No phone call that said they would be late or not coming. We waited all day. After they left the day they did make it they said they would be back the next day. No show or no call until three days later. when they showed to finish the job the final price was three times the original price.

Rick was very helpful and well prepared to solve my problem. He was held up by rain but came as soon as their was a little break in the weather. He was very polite and very prompt in scheduling the repair. I would call him for repair service again if needed.

This man quoted me$ 225 plus a closing kit which is $42.He finally made here and said it would take another visit because of a little algae.he vaccumed the pool 1/2 hour,blew some leaves which I didnt ask for ,dumped in some chemicals then billed me $160 plus tax for the chemicals and 2 hrs labor @ $68/hr total $297 and said it would be another$135 to blow out lines and cover.Some of chemicals were mine.I asked him to leave ,pd him.He left with my extension cords. This man may have taken cords by mistake but I would interview him before recommending him again. I should have gotten a written estimate .My fault

Knowledgeable, does the work right. He can be very expensive.
