He did explain what he was doing as he did it, but it did not work. Second time he came he said **Figured this was going to happen** but still did not fix issue. He said the plume of smoke I saw coming from the dryer was dust not smoke, because the dryer vent had become dislodged and the popping sound I heard was the sound of the vent become dislodged--- However, he was the one to move the dryer so if that was the case, he did not put it back properly. At this point my dryer is not functioning and he is unresponsive.
