I met several folks with Universal and they ALL were courteous, professional, and always willing to promptly return calls and answer concerns. It all began with Daniel who met me onsite of my project and gave me what turned out to be the low bid. The quality of workmanship of my crew under the leadership of Michael was excellent! Quality and low bid... the prefect combination. I would highly recommend Universal Roofing.

The installation process was outstanding. The crew removed my tile roof in two days, installed the underlayment in two and lastly the tile in two days. Project manager set expectations, provided daily updates and when I raised issues, they were handled quickly and in a professional manner.

Initial experience was great. First roofing company to actually go up on the roof to inspect the damage. Came in cheaper than everyone else, and that includes gutter repair as well. Rep was fantastic. From other reviews I’ve read, I expect the repairs to go as well as the process with the estimator.

We solicited three estimates for having our roof replaced. We selected Universal Roof & Contracting. Their estimator, Sean, evaluated our project and presented the facts to us in a very understandable manner. His cost estimates were right on point. The start date was established though Daniel and all further communications were though him. The shingles were delivered as agreed and positioned on the roof. Project manager Stefan and his crew arrived on the scheduled date and went right to work. By noon all that needed to be removed was completed. All new material was installed efficiently and correctly that afternoon. Cleanup was done satisfactorily and the crew left for the day. Second payment was made and receipt obtained. Credit was given for unused materials on the final invoice. Payment was made and final receipt obtained. All were honest, professional and courteous at all times. We highly recommend this company for roof replacement.
