Handyman for Multiple Small Projects
J&R lacks timely communications & professionally run businesses. No one ever reached out to me to communicate what was going on. I had to reach out to them each time for updates & clarity. The sad part is often my text & calls were ignored. Most days they had to stop & purchase supplies before arriving. Not a well run business. They lead us to believe they had a team that could paint the interior in 3 days. We were on a tight schedule. The 3 days quoted for interior painting was actually 7 days after starting 3 days late. They only had 1 guy working 4 days, 2 guys 3 days & 3 guys worked only 1 day. This ended up costing us additional money & lots of stress. No one at the company seemed to care about our schedule or additional cost they created by the delayed work. In the end we got an apology & excuses but our inconveniences were never addressed. We should have been refunded for the addition cost we incurred. I am so glad to be done with them & for this I would not recommend them.
