"We have attempted to resolve the matter on numerous occasions and also stated we are willing install the bathroom as CONTRACTED. We explained what occurred and how the finance company does disbursement. The finance company explained to you as well. The dispute you filed with them has been closed and they are in agreement with us regarding this matter. At this point, this is becoming slanderous because we have offered to uphold our end with no compliance from you the consumer. Once again, we are willing to install the bathroom and complete the project per the contract signed. Please give us a call to schedule the installation date and complete the project."
