Tony was quick to respond and had someone out to our house within a few days of my request. I was pleased with Jeff, who called me to arrange a time to meet me so i didn't have to leave work to wait. He was prompt (even beat me to the house), came in and did the work quickly, and even chatted with me (I'm a chatterbox, so I appreciate small talk). Tony and Jeff were both very polite and professional. I would definitely reach out to them again for flooring needs.

We recently had Tony and the team from REO Renovations complete a multi-room renovation in our home. We were happy with both the process and the results across the board and thus highly recommend Tony and team for home renovations. The work on our home had many projects including wall paper removal, popcorn/acoustic ceiling removal, carpet removal, textured drywall, painting, and adding new engineered hardwood floors. In all phases of the process from initial quoting to completing the job on time, Tony was a complete professional. Tony provided detailed work orders up front and was very responsive with all of our questions. It was clear to us that Tony took the time to remember all of the specifics of our discussions and as a result had us double check the look of the hardwood floor that we had told him was important to us. Because of Tony’s diligence throughout we ended up with the exact look and finish of floors that we wanted even though he had to juggle vendors and distributors in real time to get the flooring we wanted and still meet the timelines and budget. The crew was friendly, professional, and efficient and finished all of the work within the forecasted schedule to our complete satisfaction. We will be happy to welcome Tony and the REO team back into our house again for any future renovations.

Home Depot gave us the run around for 2 months and finally refused to install 2 rooms of flooring we bought from them due to us not having 6ml poly under the crawl space ( that was just ONE of the run around stories we got) I called Mr Anthony Taylor and he set an appointment for a quote with us straight away. He arrived early to our home and phoned us that day with a good price. Today three of the nicest and most professional men came to our home and installed 2 rooms of laminate flooring in 8 hours. They worked to match the flooring and it seamlessly flows from the den into the kitchen. They swept and cleaned up afterwards as well. Thank-you Sean, Mike and Mike II for taking away all our 'headaches and heart aches' over ever seeing this flooring laid down. Thank-you Mr Taylor for making this a reality! Mr. Anthony Taylor returned my call promptly on a weekend and I had an emergency door replacement and another repaired. He and his team were very efficient, did a very good job and cleaned up well. I would recommend and use them again.
