This project was to start in March 2024 and is still not completed. In May 2024 one of the owners said, " I got your money" and left. Never heard from this salesperson again. The last person who came in July to inspect to see what needs to be done... said "what did we do for $30,000?" and then also added "this was a bad job". After that... he also did never come back to finish. Phone line to owner has been disconnected. Very hard to reach to speak to anyone. There has really only been promises and excuses to come back and finish... but never did.

Juan Mendoza is the agent that helped out with remodeling my bathroom. He took his time and explained everything in details regarding the choice and financial aid. Now I totally understand how my project is going to be and the required times of the payments.

The Home Pros representative, Al, was very professional. He went into great detail on all aspects on the shower/tub remodeling for me and my family. They really went the extra mile to instill confidence in us that the job will be done efficiently, cleanly, and correctly. Would highly recommend them, and can't wait to see the finished product!
