The joints and fixtures on the toilet had to be replaced. It wasn?t flushing right. Replacing the toilet would have cost so much more. Thanks Hank/Reynold.

Reynolds has great employees. I had a cadet heater and thermostat replaced. Doug was very polite and knowledgeable about the heater. He was very efficient to get the job done I use Reynolds for all my maintenance needs I highly recommend Reynolds.

At every levels, Reynold Company is outstanding. They really care, not only doing the job right but also doing it with a smile. The customer service as well as the technicians and even those who help you to get a loan (one year without interest) seem to love their job. Four things had to be done recently in my place: - new central heating/ air conditioning - new electrical pannel - new smoke detectors - new outside lightings that I can activate with my phone. PS. Fun fact: i learned today how to stop a screaming smoke alarm 😉.

I had 3 new outside light fixtures replaced, a new timer switch replaced in a bathroom, and a new ring doorbell wired in as well as a new outside electrical outlet installed in an older house built in 1943. Parker was great! He showed up on time and assessed everything first, gave me an estimate and did all the work right then and there. He was very professional and knowledgeable with all aspects of the job. I’ve used Reynolds before for electrical and plumbing jobs. I trust them completely and won’t use anyone else. I particularly like that they had time to do the work the next day after I called.

Attempted to locate the source of moisture that has led to warping of hard wood flooring. Was unable to do so but did everything within his power - provided a recommendation of someone who may be able to do so. My only second-guessing was that Chanse didn’t have a moisture meter that may have further solved the question.

I had an electrical problem caused by a new appliance (stove) that required more power than what my electric panel could hold. Nick and his partner Parker and an apprentice from Reynold's electric here in Eugene, OR did a magnificent job by dedicating a line for my new stove which involved my fridg stove and microwave and other outlets in my kitchen. I have been using Reynold's Elec. and Plumbing's services for years and would no use anyone else!

My experience with Reynolds has always been great. Their technicians are knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Their warranties are great. They respond promptly. I highly recommend Reynolds for your electrical, plumbing or hvac needs. Cost wise I don’t know how they compare, but my confidence in the quality of their work makes me return to them every time. They treat their staff well, as everyone I’ve encountered is happy to be working there.

Montana was quick to arrive and was very polite. Also got to the problem quickly and fixed it. He recommended additional inspection of crawl space area where he found the leak and capped the line and we are awaiting the next water damage inspection.
