Rafael came out and gave us a free quote for the cost of removing shelving in our closets, repairing the drywall, getting rid of popcorn ceiling and then priming and painting. He did a great job and the work was very high quality. He was also very thoughtful in keeping our house clean after he was finished. Highly recommend!

My needs were minimal. I had t o change a battery on my fire alarm that was part of my ADT alarm system. It was far too high for me to safely reach. Battery was changed, with RFL confirming with ADT that all was working properly.

Hired RFL Construction to repair a hole made in my stucco wall when pipes were repaired. He was very knowledgeable, professional and one-time for the estimate and when starting the work.

Rafael and his assistant arrived on time. They did the job of removing a wooden platform for the old washer/dryer. They moved the old washer/dryer to the side of the house. They left the work area very neatly.
