Our project was for a French drain and some grading for the backyard which drains from the back to the back porch. He dug a trench for the drain and put in a pipe tied into two downspouts for the drain. I thought he would have made the trench deeper. It is barely under the ground. He put in one drain that is to capture the water that drains down from the back yard. It was run under the fence and was to run down the side yard out to the street. Mr. Smith did not do any grading and he did not clean up any of the dirt that was left from the trenching. He rented a trencher to trench outside of the fence. My husband and I had to clean up all of the mess (left over dirt from the trenching). He and two helpers did not spend 3 to 31/2 hours working. On his estimate he said he would bring in a yard of dirt and level out some of the hill to help with the draining. He did not complete this part. I have used home advisor for another project and was very pleased with the service.

I have leaks in my drip system that is new and they did the damage but wont repair it

Went above and beyond. I was hesitant at first because his rate seemed high for delivery and spreading dirt to shore up my foundation. He won me over however with the extra service that he provided - placed dirt in flower bed and on other side of house and repaired several sprinkler heads. Would recommend...
