RFW Plumbing

Very personal service with this family owned and operated business. Easy to talk to ( like they care) and upfront in regards to cost etc. Great cleanup after install. All at a fair price. I was impressed and will use them again .

Good customer service

They do excellent work and answered all my questions and explained everything I will be calling them in the fiture

I got four bids. Not only was their bid signicantly lower than the others, they exhibited a better understanding of the work required. They werr prompt, courteous, and professional. Quality of their work was outstanding. I heartily recommend them.

overall good job

The guys were in and out quickly. They did a great job installing the my water heater.

Very good job, I thought they would replace both water valves for each hot water tank but I guess because only one was bad they replaced one. Also thought both drip pans would be replaced, neither was replaced. Other than that the job was done well and with quality replacement tanks.

Exceptional service! Matt and Kevin were friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. They cleaned up once they finished installing the water heater. They were quite expedient installing the water heater in a 2 story house, up in the attic. I highly recommend RFW Plumbing!

Very responsive and good follow up

Drain clogging reason was found immediately and recommendations provided for future planning

Professional and efficient and very informative

Wow! I havenâ t had a home repair this efficient... ever. Matt & his crew showed up right away, had the old water heater out & the new one in super quick. The work is obviously well done & actually covered more than I thought I was getting. Well worth the very good pricing I was quoted. The guys were friendly & professional. I recommend this company highly & will definitely use them for plumbing repairs in the future.

The price was good, the place was spotless when they left, they were on time, and overall they just did a good job.

JOB WELL DONE

Matt and his crew were easy to work with, they scheduled my job around my availability, they were very professional and I am very pleased with the quality of their work.

Matt (the owner) and his team of 2 guys came out the very next day after the initial quote (very competitive) to replace my water heater. They were very professional and fast (new water heater installed in about 2 hours). The installation job was very clean and the quality of their work was excellent. After the installation, Matt reviewed the water heater functionality and maintenance requirements for optimal performance of the water heater. I am very pleased with RFW Plumbing's quality work !

They were very fast getting back w/ me to setup appt and the work was quick. Thank you again. I will tell my family, friends about your wonderful company

Great service, showed up on time and worked quickly to get the new water heater installed. Extremely competitive price for quality service.

Though RFW Plumbing reconnected with me they have not been able to follow through with providing additional pricing and scheduling the installation of the job. They must have a heavy business load of work that seems to prevent them from providing additional pricing and scheduling after inquiring about the possibility of financing. I attempted to move forward with job, but now I will seek another professional to do the tankless water heater installation. Do not get me wrong, the visit and pricing sounded and looked to good reasonable deal, but being unable to follow through and close the deal was disappointing. No money was exchanged and the job was not done. I am sure they are good to go if you can get them when they are available to do the job. - Rodney.

RFW was fast and I had my hot water heater replaced by the end of the day.
