RGA Fencing

RGA is a disaster. Using excuse after excuse, they finally installed our fence almost 2 months late after I continuouslyleft messages that were never returned (had I not already given them a deposit I would have immediately hired someone else). Just 8 months later part of the fence fell apart and I have been leaving messages with RGA for a month now with no response. These people are totally unprofessional, unreliable, and a huge waste of time and money.

Frauded me for $3750 - took deposit and did not install fence.

My Fence was scheduled to be installed on June 27, 2006, They postponed me till July 24, 2006 claiming behind schedule do to weather. Postponed me again till August 3. 2006. Never showed up when I finally got ahold of them they stated they forgot about my job and had allready started another job. Postponed me till August 15, 2006. Again Never showed up. Will not return phone calls after numerous attempts. And Still have my $2000.00 Deposit. I picked this company because they were always kind and courteous before I signed the contract. Once contract signed never hear from them. Will be Contacting the BBB about this awful company

2 weeks after signing the contract in Feb, stating job would be completed in 5 weeks, we were informed that it would be bumped out 4 weeks due to bad weather last winter. Despite the disappointing delay, the job was completed in good time once it was started. Any portion of the job that we were unhappy with was rectified quickly. The final product looks great & they really made an effort to clean up afterwards. There were times when workers did not show when they said that they would & work was not completed as quickly as promised. Considering what others have said about contractors, these guys still measured above others in their field.

The new fence looks great. Several of our neighbors have commented on how wonderful it looks and we are very happy with the finished product. The project start date was pushed back several times and this was not always communicated to us. There were 2 days when we expected to see the construction crew and nobody showed up. The fence also took longer than anticipated to install. Overall we are very happy with the quality and installation-there was some poor communication prior to the start and during the construction, but the final product looks great, and the price was the best quote we received.

unable to do job. rga kept changing start date from march , april, may june and still a no showmin july.they gave me every excuse, weather , truck break down, sick workers,family emergency,parts, and the list goes on. they would only respond after several phone calls. now i want to get my deposit back.

I had three sides of my property enclosed with a stockade fence. Patrick went to great lengths to keep me informed regarding scheduling. Once on site, RGA was professional, courteous, and timely. I am very satisfied with the quality of the fencing material and installation, and am pleased with my decision to use RGA Fencing.

They took great care of us. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

When I called to get a price quote and information regarding my fence repair work, Patrick Hubert was very courteous and professional. He responded in a very timely manner. As a customer, I feel that the fence repair meet my expectations. RGA showed a high level of great customer service and an effortless drive to complete the job. The quality and workmanship and price of the job was of a high quality and the price was very fair and reasonable. I will surely call RGA again for another job.

Patrick at RGA fencing did a very good job. The quality for the price is quite high and we've already had several compliments from the neighborhood. Better yet, he got the fence in during January.

Hands down the best price I found for what we needed. They were very quick to get the job done once we decided to go with them. My new fence looks great, have already recommended him to neighbors.

There was a big communication gap between Patrick and I at the start of this project. He had an emergency in his family but his secretary failed to contact me. We waited on 2 separate occasions and no one showed up. However, once here, RGA Fencing did a fast and very good job. Everyone makes mistakes and I certainly would not hold this against Patrick. I would certainly hire him again and, indeed, plan to do just that.
