I started in the carpet cleaning/upholstery business over ten years ago working with a ServiceMaster franchise. Now I am branching out on my own to give you, the customer, the same quality service at a competitive price. Ross is wonderful! His quote was very specific, he told me about each step and why it was important. I recommended him to my daughter and she hired him as well. My neighbor recommended him to me. I have hardwood floors but my stairs are carpeted. He did a beautiful job on the stairs and three pieces of furniture. In fact, he actually APOLOGIZED when he told me he would have to charge me LESS!!! Apparently, I have a "runner" which does not cover as much stair as carpet. I highly recommend Ross and RGB Carpet Clean.

Ross was very helpful and efficient. His work cleaning the carpets for my client was perfect! The 30 yd old carpet looked almost new. My client was extremely happy with the results. He was flexible to accommodate our schedule and finished in just a few hours. Even offered to help my elderly client with moving some artwork. Ross was top notch!!

We had a liquid shoe polish spill on our carpet and we went on home advisor and they called right away and came out the next day. I was amazed this stain came out without having to re dye or patch AWESOME. Would hire again and recommend to anyone.

I was expecting to have my carpets STEAM cleaned. I did all the prep work and moved all the furniture ready to go. They show up with one guy and a machine that my Mother used in the sixties. The one with the two rotating pads? Well, I didn't want to hire someone else because my apartment is all moved, so I let him do his thing. It was an ok job, and not even a thank you for doing all this work for him. In the end, I asked if he took a credit card, and he said no. Lucky for him I had the cash. It was $135.00 and I gave him $140.00 and he didn't even offer to return the $5.00. Really? So that was my experience for what it's worth.

They knew this was heavy duty cleaning and brought in a small hand machine. I did not expect perfection but it was not the cleaning I expected. I also understand he was on the phone a lot. I do not think it was worth $95.00 plus the $20.00 a tip I included. I'm in the hospital so I wasn't present.

I could not be happier. Ross confirmed the day before, texted me when he was in his way and thoroughly checked all the areas before he started. The last people I hired before him didn't move anything when they did the carpets but Ross made sure to get under and around everything. He checked for stains, pre-treated and hand scrubbed where needed. He was polite and friendly and when he was done, made sure to review everything with me. He also noticed that I told him the rug was bigger than it was and charged me less than originally quoted, too. He is now my go to guy for carpet and upholstery cleaning. Will definitely be hiring him again!
