On-time and friendly. Did not move furniture back after painting, but not sure if that's normal. Worked with me on budget. In the future, I have to be very specific about what I want done and go over their work after completion. No assumptions should be made.

I expected the spaces between the risers and the ledges of the deck stairs would be covered but they told me that couldn't be done without putting in new steps since the old ones probably shrunk. I asked if some kind of backing (a thin sheet of wood or some other material) could be nailed behind the steps to cover the spaces and they could not come up with any ideas for doing this. That was a big disappointment. Otherwise they did a good job eliminating the creaking.

Drywall - Install
The RGBarnes service was fabulous! They arrived for an estimate the day I called. They accomplished several very different projects to get our basement carpet-ready: finishing drywall, repainting, electrical, doors, glass blocks, window and baseboard trim. Mr. Barnes admitted some projects were new to him (installing small section of glass blocks and rounded baseboard corners), yet he took his time to perfect them. He always asked for my approval throughout each project. He finished everything in 3 1/2 days, which would have taken us 3 1/2 months! I would absolutely use their services again! RGB was very prompt in coming out to give an estimate and get started on our project. Once the work started the problems started. We had a large area of tile laid and some of the tiles weren't leveled so the edges stuck up and the grout around them cracked. The grout line aren't the same size either. We also had issues reseting the toilets with water damage. For a small area they did okay but they didn't seem to have the experience to back being professionals. I wouldn't use them again.

RGB Remodeling did a fantastic job tiling and drywalling two old bathrooms for us. I was very impressed with their timely work and how they worked with us with our crunched timing. The best thing about RGB unlike any other contractor, arrived on time, looked at the work, gave me an estimate within 15 mins. I didn't have to wait to get an estimate and that is a breath of fresh air after having so many contractors who never followed through. I would definitely recommend RGB Remodeling to work on projects and I already have plans to use them again to do more work for us. Thanks Rita and Rodney...you did a fantastic job - I wish you the very best with your business.
