Charlie was not always reliable when he said he would be at our house to work. Although we thought the unusually cold spring weather (April) might be too cold to install a new concrete garage floor, Charlie assured us it would be fine. There were problems getting the concrete to set/dry and now that it is, we have started to see some cracks. We have left Charlie a voice mail and an email but he has not responded.

He's a liar, he told us he could not do work because of a federal law.

This company was terrible. First it's very difficult to get in touch with them. The voice mail is always full. When I signed my contract Charlie gave me completion date in April. He didn't do the job until early June and that was after me calling several times, waiting for call backs and his many false promises about when he would be here to do the job. He finally showed up when I said I wanted my deposit back. After waiting for the job to be done, 2 months after my contract date, he did the job, told me not to drive on the the driveway for 1 week, which I didn't. I went out 9 days later to clean up the files of dirt and concrete he left on it and my neighbors lawns and the driveway had a crack in it. No one had driven on it, I know this because it was blocked off. I called him again and sent photos. He has made several promises on when he is coming out to look at the driveway. Without even seeing it he is trying to convince me on the phone that someone drove on it when they didn't. He also damaged bricks to my house that he said he would fix and still hasn't. Do not use this company. Very unprofessional and the work product is not good.

Excellent job very satisfied with the craftmanship and done in a timely manner.

They were courteous and accommodating. Very professional in their approach. Asked questions to be sure they were delivering the product to my liking. Went above board to please me and help me out (I'm a senior and that was very much appreciated)

Charlie was able to give us a good price and a start date. The project was completed within 1 week of getting the quote. They did an excellent job and even fixed something the previous contractor was supposed to fix but never showed up.

Charlie and his crew were great! Definitely will be rehiring for future projects.

After it was finished they came back later to make sure that I was satisfied any to answer and questions I might of had.

I will give them more work in the future, that is for sure.
