They were on time and very courteous. Unfortunately the job description was not passed down to the actual worker and they came unprepared. They left to get the proper supplies and actually tried to charge me for that time. The worker called the owner and he took off the hour. Otherwise very accomidating.

I received a call from them right away which was great! I didn't receive the email that I was told that I would receive, which turned out to be very important as it contained all of the pricing information that I didn't get clearly from the representative that called. Overall things were rocky at first because of the price and the time it took to complete the project. The owner Richard was absolutely amazing when it came down to making things right and making me (the customer) feel like I got the most for my money. He personally took over my project and made sure it was complete to my satisfaction. Would definitely recommend Mr. Handyman

I hired "Mr. Handyman" services to powerwash my house. I have mixed feelings because the worker who did the job really struggled to do it right. Unfortunately, there were bad communications with the manager up front. I was not told in advance that, although they are here with the ladder & equipment, they don't really do the windows. Also, I had asked for an estimate, but I was told that they've done many of my type of house and it would take 2 or 2-1/2 hours. It took 5-1/2 hours and they charge by the hour. So after I paid $562, I had to spend an hour doing the windows & CASINGS myself. No offer of a refund for my time/effort was made.

I would definitely use the service again. He arrived on time; worked the entire time, and did an excellent job. He was courteous as was the gentleman who set up the service. Besides that, the house looked great! I did contact all three companies you recommended, but chose this company because their quote was the lowest. I read all the reviews and felt that each company seemed to be almost equal. I am pleased that I found your site. Thank you!

I was not happy that they charged me for the rental of the equipment. They did not mention this-infact-they told me that they do pwer washing often so why don't they own the equipment. Lou did a good job but did not have the best equipment.

Matt from Handyman is great. I would strongly recommend to other. I will try to consolidate my next list of things and rehire them for other projects. The only draw back is they charge $138 first hour and $88 thereafter even they start to count 15 minutes interval.

Arrived promptly at appointment time. Fixed window cranks and doorbell. Took a little extra time to determine that original cranks couldn't be fixed and needed to install new hardware. Very good job - would recommend to others.

They are very accommodating in scheduling but also very quick and reliable. My handyman came when he said he would and was all business--you don't have to worry that he stretches out the time to get paid (since they're paid by the hour). He was extremely qualified--his skill and ability is clear--all of the jobs I asked him to complete are very well done. I had previously hired another handyman and wish I had found Mr. Handyman first. You won't regret calling at all.
