Commercial Tree Removal Service

He came out and gave us a very reasonable quote for a tree and stump removal. While cutting down the tree, they pulled the electric lines from our neighbors house. He verbalized that he was responsible to fix it and suggested that we pay the electrician and he would reimburse us with removing the stump. They left after tree removal and never returned to remove the stump or reimburse us. We contacted, spoke with and have saved texts that indicate all of these things. We are now out $400 additional dollars and still have a giant stump in our yard. Terrible business man and really crappy human being.
