One of the managers picked up an advance for half of the job ($1800) and they never showed up, neither answered the phone, horrible, they delayed all my project putting me in a bind

We recently had hardwood flooring installed upstairs in our home. Seth and his crew did an outstanding job. They were very professional and gave frequent updates as to the progress of the project. The work was completed on time and was a great value. I would highly recommend them for any of your flooring needs

Unfortunately I had a troubling experience with RH Encore Flooring. The salesman that came out to give me an estimate took 3 days to give me an estimate and then never returned my phone calls after that. I had to call showroom and talk to one of the designers to get the job scheduled. Once I got the job scheduled I find out that both of the designers had left the company and it was really difficult to coordinate the job. When they put down the stain I picked I wasn't happy with the color and I will say the owner and the designer (who was with another company now) met with me and resolved the problem and I am extremely pleased with the look of the floor. The crew and the owner are great as far as working with them. I think it was just bad timing that my job coincided with internal changes.
