The tech Mike communicated the problem and options well over the phone. He gave a cost minimizing solution and R&H scheduled someone to the house immediately!

Central A/C - Service or Repair
Very friendly, prompt, fixed it quickly, and it didn't cost as much as I'd feared.

Central A/C - Install
The company has a long history of quality and good service and proved why they've been in business so long. The salesman took the time to explain exactly what I needed and why. Given how much time he took with me and the long company history, I was expecting his to be the highest bid I got. In fact, it was the lowest. I felt good about the product I got.

Furnace / Forced Air Heating System - Repair or Service
At a time when no one else was available, and no one would help (without an outrageous fee), this service rep assisted me in getting the part that I needed and the advice that I needed to get my heating working again for a fraction of the cost of what a service call would have cost.
