The service technician went far and beyond his service duty. I live outside of the area and had no problem scheduling appointment times with the technician and my relative in the area after normal business hours. On the day of appointment, my first floor flooded due to a water leak, but he still came out to check if there was too much water for him to do the repair. Thankfully he was able to complete the repair. I was very pleased with working with the technician at RHS.

We had an A/C issue at one of our rental properties at about 9:30 at night. Sean responded by text within two hours because he didn't want to wake us at 11:30 with a phone call. I called him early the following morning and we set up an appointment for a couple hours later. He was on time. Sean literally found the blown capacitor within five minutes and had it replaced in less than ten minutes. He really could have stretched out the labor and parts cost by taking his time. Howver, he only charged me the $90 regular service call. Sean was an honet guy who I will absolutely use again in the future.
