I needed damage repair to vinyl siding and replacement of trim boards that just rotted. I called RIA, Roman came, looked at what I needed and gave me an estimate. He came on time, and his estimate was considerably better than the other estimates that I got. They scheduled it two weeks out, their crew got here and did the job to my complete satisfaction. I would definitely use RIA again if I needed them! Anyway, totally satisfied customer.

Ivan was great, after the initial visit I signed a contract for the work. I then had some additional questions and he came back out to address these which made me feel more comfortable with the process. Both men came despite the cold weather, letting me know how they planned to proceed with job of repairing 3 sides of my home from hurricane Milton's winds. The quality of the water barrier impressed me with its strength and installment. The vinyl siding was matched and cut in perfectly. My yard was left clean clean and all waste was removed. Another plus was being able to call the office and speak with a young lady that was always informative and polite. She always knew the answer or called me right back with the answers. I am truly pleased with their dedication and perfection to their work. I would recommend these polite professionals to anyone needing work done around the home.

I used RIA to not only install new gutters, but also to install new soffit vents and fascia covering on the entire house. Ivan was very professional and prompt in delivering my quote for the work and his crew started just a few days later. The quality of workmanship was superb and the crew very friendly. I was always updated on the progress and the project was completed very quickly. Would use them again and again!

This was a small but challenging project to make a newly built two story wooden deck look more appropriate for my office building. Ivan’s ideas on how to do this by covering the columns with Hardy board and soffits with vinyl, paired well with the expertise of his crew. They really pulled it off well. The deck now looks excellent on my office building. I am very happy with Ivan and his crew.
