Before choosing Richco Building Associates, I had 2 other company's take a look at my roof and give me an estimate. It was clear that they were not looking out for what I really needed. Scott was the only one who asked me if I had a Plummer check for leaks before he would give me a price or even take a look at the roof. And after he came and looked at my roof the requested that I have someone check the pluming before he would do the work. I feel that he went over and above with his customer service. He was very professional courteous and knowledgeable. I will defiantly will be referring him to my family and friends who are in need of his service.

My husband and I were very pleased with the quality and professional work this company provided. They were very pleasant to deal with, easy to reach on the phone, arrived exactly at the time they told us and left everything immaculate. Absoutely the best - professional, reliable, clean, punctual and went over and above all the requirements. What started out as two projects (1-repair foundation stucco on house and 2-remove mold from garage) grew into six projects because I knew I could rely on them. I had put these other projects on hold because I never found anyone I felt I could trust before. Rich Co. was terrific. I added the following projects: 3-cleaning and sealing all the brick on the house, chimney and garage, 4-replacing the garage roof, 5-repainting/replacing all the stucco on the second floor of the house and 6-painting/refinishing the front & back porches.

Had some serious issues with the work and had come back more than once to fix work and work is still not up to par.
Response from RichCo Building Associates, Inc.
"We advised the customer that she was in serious need of a new roof that would cost approx. $ 10,000. She refused, and asked us just do a spot patch for $ 700. We did the patch but the roof continued to leak at various places. In effort to to satisfy her compliant, we offered to either do a new roof, or simply return her money for the patch in full. She refused both options and then hired another company who charged her $ 13,000 to replace her roof."
