This site only let us select one thing, but they did much more for us. Rich goes above and beyond. He knows what he's doing, he's reliable, trustworthy, does a fantastic job on everything we've had him do (power wash the house, power wash and re-sand the pavers - and there are a lot of them, clean and treat the roof, clean the gutters, clean the roofs on both of our gazebos as well as our sheds, and power washed the gazebos too). Reasonable prices as well. We HIGHLY recommend Rich. You won't find better service or nicer people to work with.

This site would only let me select a couple of things when I actually hired Rich Powers to clean the moss off of the roof, clean the gutters, power wash the house, and power wash and re-sand the cement garden pavers (a lot of them). I first hired him to clean the moss off of the roof and was so impressed with him that I continued on. In fact, he is here again this year at this very moment cleaning the gutters and roof. I cannot recommend Rich enough. He is punctual, honest, great with communications, does a fantastic job always going above and beyond and doing more than hired to do. And, no, I did not know him before I hired him, LOL. Enough already. Just do yourself a favor and hire the guy.

Great guy, on time

Rich went above and beyond the call of duty pressure washing my garage and house roofs and gutters. He was conscientious and meticulous and his services were very reasonably priced. He even cleaned the dirty exterior of my house and mossy cement stairs. I would highly recommend him!

This is my first time using Angi. I was hesitate to try because I’ve always done most Projects etc… from word of mouth. Rich was above & beyond excellent, his attention to detail was amazing. Great Customer Service, communication, professional & very reliable, detail oriented & treated my Projects like they were his own. He was always pleasant with an upbeat personality. Always made sure we discussed & understood the Projects before starting & no problem if we made changes along the way. The results were amazing & way better than I would of expected. Anyone that hires him for their Projects will be amazed & very very happy with the quality & results of the work he does. He really cares to do his best & it shows. If all your Contractors are like Rich, then I’d use your Service again & again & again…….. You can tell he loves doing these Projects & helping others….

I highly recommend Rich. He cleaned my rooftop deck, among other things. He demonstrated an outstanding work ethic, integrity, and great communication. He honored his original quote, even though the project took longer than expected. He did a great job cleaning the roof, adhering to the product guidelines I sent him in advance. He also thoroughly cleaned my furniture and outdoor rug. One pleasant surprise was that he texted me pictures of his progress, as well as of issues that I can now inform my builder need to be corrected. I am picky, and again, highly recommend hiring Rich!

Rich provides great customer service. He is extremely reliable, friendly, right on time, knows his job well and helped us clean our roof, get rid of the moss, pressure wash the patio, driveway. He also gave great suggestions and helped us paint our cabinets. I cannot emphasize enough on how well he does his job at a fair price. You can count on him.

Didn't have a roof maintenance or moss removal category of service so selected Power Washington which ISN'T correct. You don't power wash a roof. Anyway, Rich did an incredible job treating and removing the moss from the roof of our home and garage. He also cleaned the gutters and blew all the debris off of our gazebo and two sheds at no extra charge. He cleaned up everything and did a great job all around. He was also extremely personable, had excellent communication from first contact to the end, and was punctual. Very reasonable price for the work done, and he worked long and hard. Rich provided very thorough and careful power cleaning for our driveway, walkway and patio. We could not have asked for a better or more fairy priced job!

I reached out to Rich to clean our roof, and gutters. He went above and beyond to have both those cleaned to a near brand new condition. He also helped to advise me on getting a gutter issue addressed. He recommended his deck cleaning services, and I am glad I went with him because wow. He did an amazing job, he was super thorough and honest and communicated everything he was doing and explained it to me so I could understand which I greatly appreciated. And this was all done at great prices, I would recommend Rich for any roof cleaning or deck cleaning work you need done 100%!

The moss removal was challenging. Not only did Rich do a great job but returned in weeks and inspected some trouble spots and reworked.

Hired Rich’s Riches for pressure washing. The contractor arrived on-time, was conscientious, careful, thorough, polite, honest, and trustworthy. Did a great job at a great price. Have recommended to friends and neighbors. Buy the “Annual Package”—it is the best deal in town.
