RIDD customer service failed to notify me that their worker was coming yesterday. I have requested several times to be notified at least 24 hours in advance so I can secure my dog and unlock my garage so it can be treated. This was not Devontay’s fault and he offered to come early the next day to treat the garage. He was very helpful in correcting his company’s fait.

I thought I had a wasp’s nest outside of my garage. Davontay assessed the situation and informed me that it was an English hornet’s nest! He exterminated the nest and saved the day.
