RIDD Pest Control

Not proactive and does not keep their word. When I first set up the service I was told a representative would be out to check/reset my traps in a certain time period and the never came, causing me to have to reach out and set up a follow-up. Worse, when I canceled my service due to moving, they set up a time to come and remove my traps, never showed up, told me that because my service was canceled they couldn’t come out even though they previously told me they would. They elevated my request to a manager who said she would personally see to someone coming to remove my traps that same day, buttttt once again, no one ever came. Don’t trust this business.

Jeffrey did an excellent job with our pest control service. He was friendly, quick, and straight to the point. He handled everything efficiently and made the whole interaction easy and stress‑free. No complaints so far — great experience overall.

Trevor was amazing. He sprayed for bugs and mosquitoes and the pesky ants. He got those wasps nests and spider webs for me. He knows how to get RIDD of them there pests. If you need someone who knows their stuff ask for Big Trevor Horton!
