RIDD visited my house this morning. The lead tech, Ellis, did a fantastic job. He took the time to explain the products he uses, how they’re applied, and what they do. Ellis noted anything he found while applying the pesticides. He was friendly and easily worked around my hectic morning schedule. I’m happy Ellis stopped by!

Ellis was friendly, professional and efficient. Ellis was more helpful than that, he showed me existing problems and suggested fixes. This is as high a response I can give.

The technicians who come out to service the property have been professional and courteous. Unfortunately, the company?s sales process and contract practices completely overshadow that. I signed up expecting quarterly service, but was placed on a bi monthly service schedule instead. When I tried to cancel, I was told I couldn?t because of the contract. That?s a major issue ? especially since the sales rep told me I would receive a text confirmation of the agreement, which I never received. Because of that, I didn?t fully realize the billing setup until later. Requiring a contract for routine pest control is already concerning. When the signup process feels high-pressure or unclear, and promised documentation isn?t provided, it comes across less like customer service and more like a lock-in strategy. Also, be cautious with any upfront startup fee ? make sure you understand exactly what it covers.

Technicians very friendly and reliable. The products they used never seemed effective in controlling my bug issues and when I called after waiting several weeks to give products chance to work and was always told a respray would be several weeks out for appointment. I am not hard to work with and gave them over the year they asked for in my contract.

Raymond did a get job with my extermination services. He communicated well with me and let me know what services he completed and the areas I asked him to focus on. Raymond also asked if my termite pods were up to date. He also offered me additional services beyond my normal agreement. Friendly and quick service.
