RIDD Pest Control - Detroit

Sales guy will promise everything. I had the full service with mosquito control. They showed up the 1st visit. Then 4 Mos nothing. Customer service is terrible and charge a 400 cancelation fee even though they broke agreements. They blame weather etc. I have had 4 other pest control services these guys are by far the absolute worst!

Be very cautious with RIDD Pest Control. Their door-to-door sales tactics are misleading, and their customer service is combative. ?A salesman came to my home promising full-yard coverage. Based directly on that promise, I signed up. When the technician arrived, he barely treated the property and lied about what was covered. Customer support later admitted they only treat within 15 feet of the foundation?completely contradicting what the salesperson sold me. ? ?They make false oral promises to lock you into agreements and then refuse accountability. Save yourself the trouble. Hire honest professionals

Do NOT sign long-term agreement with this company Extremely disappointed. The door-to-door salesman over promised a very in-depth multi hour initial application. When the technicians arrived a few days later, two of them only spent 20 minutes on the property. They missed half of our windows, they did not fog our tree line, grass, or apply most of the treatments that was promised by the salesman. When I called customer service to cancel the contract, They told me I had to pay a $400 early termination fee and there was no other way around it, and they ultimately hung up on me. There is no escalation path in customer service to speak to someone to get a resolution. Extremely disappointed in the customer service.
