Do NOT sign long-term agreement with this company Extremely disappointed. The door-to-door salesman over promised a very in-depth multi hour initial application. When the technicians arrived a few days later, two of them only spent 20 minutes on the property. They missed half of our windows, they did not fog our tree line, grass, or apply most of the treatments that was promised by the salesman. When I called customer service to cancel the contract, They told me I had to pay a $400 early termination fee and there was no other way around it, and they ultimately hung up on me. There is no escalation path in customer service to speak to someone to get a resolution. Extremely disappointed in the customer service.
