They, especially Bobby, made a really difficult experience manageable. I started with an outrageous quote and therefore unaffordable job for me. He was able to get the quote down to a cost manageable on Social security. I would wholeheartedly recommend RidX.

I would not recommend them. They came out once and didn't do there job right never come back out within 30days and took 3 weeks to give my mom who is disabled her 95 back they kept saying the sent it for 3 weeks till we finally went to pick it up and they ended up not even giving her full amount back. If you want the job done right don't call these ppl

RidX did a great job of getting back to me promptly and checking out my problem immediately by actually crawling into the attic! There was no charge for the evaluation and I appreciated their advice. I hired them for regular service and dismissed the pest control service that I had.
