RIG Construction and Roofing

When he arrived and inspected my roof and attic space he determined that I didn’t have an active leak. The ceiling stain was from an old leak that had been repaired (we had recently purchased the house). Even though he didn’t actually do any work, he was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. And I would hire them in the future.

This company took over a month to address an active leak, patched the wrong part of the roof, was not responsive and wanted me to pay them without completing the corrective work for the temporary patch they plugged. Very disappointing, stressful and unnecessary. Never again will I use this company.

This so called roofing company came out and started ripping my old roof off and then stopped and took a lunch break with out drying the roof in. And it started to rain and water poured through the roof before the could dry it in . And the workers left for about three days with out letting me know anything came back worked about four days and then left again for a week . Don`t get me wrong the work was better than I could have done myself being I`m not a roofer. The customer service well that is not much better they have not return phone calls or made any attempts to get in touch we me . What a way to run a business .

After contacting several other roofing companies, I chose RIG for what they offered. Not the cheapest but not the most expensive. The workmanship was basically very good although they created a few leaks when installing an extended flashing over my family room. They sent some workers to fix, which they did, some but not all. They tried. My issue on the customer service rating was that I purchased my roof during a promotion they had for buy a roof - get a gun. After several promises I'm still waiting. The roof was installed in July and this is October.

Excellent service. These folks were thorough AND guarantee their work for a year! No roofer likes to repair a roof installed by someone else, but this was no issue for RIG. I heartily recommend them

RIG roofing replaced my roof and did a good job at a fair price but when I called them about a possible leak they ignored me. They never answered my calls or returned my calls. What good is a ten year warrenty against leaks when they disappear?

Communication was lacking after the initial sales visit, but the crew that did the work were courteous and professional. They obviously have been doing this for a long time as a team. They worked like a well-oiled machine and were done in the promised two days. There was a terrific storm the first night after they got started, but they did a great job protecting the open areas, not one drop of water in the house. Also not one nail or any debris in the yard either day. The finished product looks fantastic, very happy with it. Absolutely recommend this company, and the price was right.
