For some reason my luck with plumbers has always been lacking - either with higher than expected costs or with the services rendered (or attempted unsuccessfully). With new countertops being installed in our kitchen and bathrooms, we needed to find a plumbing company to complete our remodeling project. We decided on Riptide Plumbing, and boy did we make the right decision! Adam Sims came to our unit to give us an estimate for doing all the required plumbing work. He described his company and their belief that all jobs were important, regardless of size. We accepted his estimate and scheduled the job based on the date provided by the granite company. Before the scheduled date arrived, the granite company called to move the date up for installation of our countertops. I called Heather, Riptideâ s office manager, to change the date for the plumbing work. She gladly accommodated us and gave us their first available date, which was 3 days later than we had hoped but worked for us just the same. Shortly after the countertops were installed, she called and said they were going to move the date up for us. Adam and Landon showed up and began their work. During the process, we encountered several issues for which we had not planned. Adam attacked each one and solved the challenges while never wavering in his or Landonâ s great attitude. The work exceeded our expectations and we will enthusiastically recommend Riptide Plumbing and Adam Sims to anyone who needs plumbing services. Kudos to Adam, Landon & Heather!!

Knowledgeable and very fast

Customer service was more than expected

Price was good, service was excellent, installed backsplash/countertop, real nice disposal and touch less faucet. Adam was punctual, courteous and efficient. Hard worker! Highly recommend!
