Rite Temp Express HVAC, LLC

First American Home Warranty assigned Rite Temp Express, LLC to fix my gas furnace. I already had an HVAC Technician diagnosis the issue prior to calling First American Home Warranty. When Rite Temp Express came to look at the furnace I was relieved to know that the technician confirmed that the motherboard was bad and the part was no longer available. I would need a new furnace which is covered by my warranty. I then found out that Rite Temp Express is calling for $3,375 in modifications not covered by my warranty. My personal HVAC Technician looked at the furnace and said not all of these modifications were needed and that the prices were overly inflated. Here is the list of modifications they gave: electrical mods $375 line set mods $295 condensate line mods $265 vent pipe 8ft- 10ft $1000 gas flex line with sediment trap $475 secondary drain pan $325 filter rack $325 combo switch $265  Needless to say that I do not trust RiteTemp Express HVAC, LLC or my warranty company.

This guys are fraud, I hired them to fix one of my broken A/C compressor that was under the warranty, after the work they never paid my rebate money $1500 back, they submitted the warranty on their name (Timothy Reed) and block your number so that you cannot reach them. They keep doing business under different names "My Reliable Maintenance", "Rite Temp Express HVAC", "Rite Temp Heating & Air Conditioning" etc. I am planning on reporting them to Better Business Bureau to investigate my case.
