It was very easy to work with them. I communicated via text and they responded fairly quickly. The person working on my refrigerator was very respectful of our home, even removed his shoes before he came in. I would use them again.

These guys replaced my heating element and messed up my timer reset for my dryer. I have been trying to reach them to report the issue and they are not picking up the phone nor returning my call. At this point, I am considering legal action. SO UNPROFESSIONAL

"Dear Mensha, We are really sorry for the inconvenience that happened to you, its not our intention to not answer the call, we repair with genuine parts with warranty, there is no point that we dont attempt recalls, its our responsibility to serve our customers. But the main reason we didnt answer your call is we close every Monday(you called us on Monday), cause our employees work on weekends also. So, we decided to close on Monday for employees day off. However we fixed your dryer even you rated us with lower rating, thats our concern towards customers. Hope you understand our situation. Take care."

Janak was great, I think we just had bad luck with the service and he was very responsive. They had good customer service however they have not followed up with me to see how my issues have been addressed. I would recommend them if their luck was a little better.

I requested them to look my refrigerator cooling issue and technician came to look on same day. He suggested me honestly about the condition and Freon can fix that but no warranty since it's not a parts. I took a risk technician to work and after couple of hours I can see the refrigerator start cooling. Hope it will stay for long since he didn't able to find out the leaking place but he says that it will stay for 15 days or multiple years depends on leak and not worth to spend 50% of money of refrigerator to fix the issue.

My dishwasher repair was not straightforward at all. Janak, service tech, kept working on it until he solved the problem. I appreciate the time he spent on a Sunday to compete the repair. I recommend RJ Appliance Services.

After having another company come out and look at our leaking machine and not being able to determine what the cause was, the technicians at RJ Appliance took their time and were able to identify the issue. They were able to come out the same day when contacted and were also very flexible and worked with our schedules for service. They were able to get and replace the part within one day of identifying the issue. Excellent customer service.
