Central A/C - Install He installed the same unit that was previously there and charged premium for it. Within 4 years it was dead. Did not replace the equipment inside the house only outside. Foundation of air conditioner was leaning and did not recommend leveling it. Overall, laziness in this guy led to problems for me down the road. Toilet Install or Repair Incorrectly installed toilet which caused flooding into the kitchen below. Never offered to pay for the damage. Boiler or Radiator Heating System - Install or Replace Wanted a larger water heater for the home. Bob installed one for us. He used flexible tubing instead of re-routing the pipe. He put tin foil around the tube that was close to hot water pipe. Really amateurish job - laziness. Even worse and this is BIG ISSUE Installed one that turned out to be too large for the chimney vent. After 4 years of use, the Chimney vent rusted out and caused water leakage into the furnace. Needed to replace chimney and furnace Checking to see if he even got a permit. In researching, he was supposed to sign off that the vent was sized appropriately for the new water heater and it obviously was not. Cost me 8K to replace furnace and chimney. Horrible situation due to Bobs laziness.
