Ray was awesome. Outstanding work power stripping, repairing and staining fence. He also completely revitalize our pergola which was in such bad shape I assumed would need to be torn down. The fence and pergola look brand new! He probably saved me $10k - $12k by repairing my pergola.

I have requested a receipt from contractor on several occasions, and have yet to receive it. Very disappointed because i need to submit a valid receipt for reimbursement. Would not recommend if you need a receipt.

this guy did not finish the job he promised. It didn't keep him from taking my money. he was supposed to fix the back gate on my fence as well and nail some as boards back but he didn't do that. I have called him and also texted him twice and he has not responded. i want to know where i can file a complaint.

Ray is a semi-retired handyman with lots of colorful life experience. He works to maintain his quality of life, not to run from one job to the next. He s skilled and fast but enjoys taking plenty of time to connect with the customer.

I appreciate his willingness to explain what he thought was the best way forward. I had only vague ideas about what I wanted and he recommended short term and long term solutions. He recommended the immediate repairs as opposed to total replacement given the fence was in fairly good shape. I got a great value and an education for rethinking my overall house planning.

Remove fallen tree and repair fence. . Showed up on time. Quote was lower than expected for the size of the tree, but he went ahead and completed it on time and even did more than expected. Easy to work with and will recommend him to others.

Ray and Terry were great! They were right on time and fixed my fence for a great price. Ray was helpful throughout in educating me of what caused the issue and how to be better informed the next time. He gave me different options on how best to fix the fence and let me decide without pressure. I look forward to working with him again on future household projects!

I called him out to fix a latch not to talk negatively about my fence, which I know needs some work...nor did I appreciate him telling me how he knew my electric bill was high because I has no trees. He talked too much and was very negative from the moment he got to my house. He probably is a nice guy but he needs to change his approach with customers. I told him I wanted to make sure the latches were lockable to deter theft... he said well they can just knock out board in the fence and still get in. I was like what???? Why would you pretty much tell a customer that basically their house is not safe regardless of what they do. Very negative experience. He needs to learn to relate to his customers in a more positive manner.
